Dancewear Requirements

Dance Attire

Proper dance attire is a MUST and is to be worn at ALL CLASSES. This means a solid color leotard and tights for female students and black sweat pants and a white t-shirt for male students. Competitive students must wear a black leotard with tights. Ballet skirts may be worn in ballet class only. Fitted dance shorts may be worn in all other classes. Competitive male students must wear black jazz pants and a white tank top. Black tights are required for ballet class for boys ages 13 and up. Hip-Hop and Adult students should wear fitted athletic wear. Any student who does not come to class in proper dance attire will be asked to sit and observe class. Proper attire is a must to maintain safety and create a professional environment. Hair must be worn up off the face and neck. A bun is strongly recommended for competitive students. No jewelry is allowed.
